Where do you deliver?

How does the 15% rebate for feedback work?

How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on all orders over $70 USD / $100 CAD. For smaller orders, shipping costs can vary and are calculated at checkout.
Where will my order ship from?
We have several fulfillment locations in the US and in Toronto to ensure our customers receive their orders in a speedy manner. Your order will be shipped from the nearest location to you. In some cases, if an item is unavailable at your closest facility it may be sent separately. In the case of multiple shipments, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each package sent.
I ordered the wrong size! What should I do?
Because each item is made especially for you once your order is placed, we typically cannot accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.
